Inside Sales Manager
We are looking for a key contributor to our future success! The Inside Sales Manager will drive results for our inside selling and higher education sales groups, from both a strategic and operational capacity.
The selected candidate will: develop and implement Higher Education and inside sales strategy with a focus on profitable, aggressive revenue growth in those segments of the business; directly manage, coach and motivate sales staff to help them achieve their goals; develop and implement training programs; and work cross-functionally with other departments to identify and position products in the higher education and other market segments.
The leader we are looking for will have a Bachelors degree, at least 5 years of direct selling experience with a consultative sales approach, and at least 4 years in managing a high performance inside sales team. Other requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to coach and motivate a team, a strong focus on customer service and a high degree of professionalism.
